Re: [Current Issue] Sims 3 Store world can't register/install
Hi everyone, I am having a major issue with redeeming and downloading The Sims 3 Roaring Heights Gold Edition. I have a 16-digit code for this world, and I’ve been trying to register it on the official thesims3.com website. When I enter the code on the website, it says the code has already been redeemed. In the EA App, Roaring Heights shows up in my library as "In-game content", but there is no Download or Install button because the EA App doesn't handle Store worlds directly. Despite being visible in the EA App, the world and the additional Gold Edition content do not appear in my Purchase History on the thesims3.com store page. Because it's missing from my Purchase History, I cannot download it through the The Sims 3 Launcher. It seems like a synchronization error between the new EA App and the old The Sims 3 Store servers. What should I do to force the world to appear in my Purchase History so I can finally install it? Should I contact EA Support to manually sync my account?
