Re: Digital download from Amazon + Game Disc issues

Could you post the exact error message ? Do you have any custom content or Store content installed ?

    I'm having this same problem too. I downloaded Late Night from Amazon.com last year, installed it and it worked fine. I uninstalled Sims 3 and successfully reinstalled the base game and Ambitions but for whatever reason whenever I try to open it now it says "No game disc found! Please insert The Sims 3 Late Night disc before proceeding." I am extremely unhappy because I cannot play at all and I've already uninstalled and installed the game and have a family going already. Please, tell me what to do.

    I would get in touch with a customer support game advisor. Might help if they give you a new key.

    4. Describe your issue with a few words
    5. Click on Find a Solution

    8. Select Platform: PC
    9. Click Find solution
    10. Scroll down and click I still need help
    11. Click Chat Now to chat with a Game Advisor
