@996f37af857361a8  Do all your expansions load if you start a new save?  What about any Store or custom world your sims might be living in now?  Please test and let me know.

Please also let me know whether OneDrive is running on this computer, and if so, whether it helps to pause syncing before playing.  Right-click the cloud icon to see the option; it's either in the lower-right corner of the screen or hidden in the Tray (^ icon).
