OMG! 

First, I gotta say, the blue screen issue is still there for me but that is not important to me. But your simple suggestion FIXED the in game login for me while the tech support peoples suggestions, which I followed prior to even looking here and posting and it was still not working, yours made it work.

Seriously, EA should pay you for doing a better job at tech support than their own tech support team. Now, to go back into it an hope that i can actually get all the purchased items on the dashboard.
