DLCs
I bought 10 DLCs for The Sims 3 on Instant Gaming, but only 8 of them work. I entered the codes and everything seemed fine, but when I clicked “download,” it said I needed to buy them to download. They also don’t appear in my library. The DLCs are Outdoor Living and Town Life. I already contacted Instant Gaming support, but they told me to reach out here instead :/.
For issues with codes purchased from a third-party retailer, you'd need to reach back out to that retailer for a replacement code or a refund on this purchase.
