Hello does any one know any good, and safe mod sites for the Sims 3. I really would like to have pregnancy and bigger household mods.

@MadisonsSim I've merged your post with your earlier thread on the same issue. In addition to what I wrote earlier, I want to add that you should definitely NOT use the Hospital Overhaul mod from Sims MX. It was never updated for current patch levels and can easily corrupt your saves.
There are several ways to have bigger households, depending on how you want to add the sims. Here's a summary of how to accomplish that with NRaas mods, which are extremely safe and extensively tested:

I personally would never use AwesomeMod because of how many changes it makes that are not user-controllable. And while quite safe as well, it can't be removed from an ongoing save without a special procedure.
There are ways to adjust pregnancy settings with NRaas mods as well, but which one(s) you'd want would depend on what exactly you're trying to accomplish. You could ask on the NRaas site, particularly in the Chatterbox section, and people would let you know which mods to add and which settings to change.
