Please keep in mind that if you bought the game off Origin, it is AUTOMATICALLY registered FOR YOU! To get your accounts connected, simply use the same details as you use for Origin.

If you have bought the game second-hand - you will not be able to re-register it. Games can only be registered ONCE.

I need a new code cause i bought a used game. Is there a way to get a new one? Or do i have to buy a whole new game unused?

@BoredBxtch  You'd have to buy a new game to get another code.  EA doesn't allow or support sales or transfers of games from one player to another, even if the current owner is in possession of the relevant discs.

You can check both Origin and Steam for the occasional Sims 3 sales—the base game and packs can be priced as low as $5 U.S. each.
