Re: i bought a game and now it's not in my library

Hi i bought game at G2Play, 6.8.2016 and yes it was in origin registered and i play it.

Now disappeared!

    Hello @SoToffe,

    Games going missing from Origin is most commonly caused by logging in with the wrong account.

    I would recommend trying to log in to Origin using different email addresses you may have to see if the games show up under a different account. 

    If you are sure you are logging in with the correct account, please try the steps in THIS article.
