Hello !

It seems that you already have the origin account linked to yoru email address.

In that case, you need to login to Sims 3 website using your origin email and origin password.

Once there, if you have no persona created then it will ask you to create one. Once created, you can register the code you have on the home page by scrolling down to the bottom of the page.  There you will see the link " Register your game". Enter your code and the game will be registered toy oru origin account.
