Re: Issue redeeming Sims 3 World codes

I recently purchased the worlds bundle on the ea app and when I looked it up it said that worlds have to be dowloaded from the Sims 3 store using the code provided in my email from EA. However, when I was trying to use the redeem a code and download them after pressing the green redeem button it would uncheck the accept the terms and service box and nothing would download. The worlds are also not showing up in my purchase history. Has anyone elese had this issue?

    I'm having the same issue for days now, I reached for help in the EA site and all they say and do is refund the price and say to me to buy again later. I'm so frustated!!

    This also happened to me, but when I tried again it said the code has already been used. The content hasn't been registered on my account and i can't dowload it or access it from anywhere unless I buy it again which makes me absolutely furious. EA help closed my case without solving it or saying anything after just 10 minutes. I'm at my wits end with this so if anyone finds a solution please please plase let me know or I fear I'll go bananas

    Im having the same issue its driving me crazy... did you get any updates? Or figure out how we can fix this?

    i’m having the same issue!!! They are just scamming at this point because there’s 0 way to access the content. I already bought it twice and neither code worked…

    It’s an issue with the codes themselves on EA’s end, I contacted support several days ago about the same issue and was told to just keep an eye on out on here for when it seems to be fixed. So… there’s someone working on fixing it, presumably.

    It might end up with all of us needing to contact EA for a refund, it might not. I decided I’d just make sure to keep my email receipt saved and wait it out for a bit — it’s not like re-purchasing is exactly a workable option right now, anyway. If they aren’t able to fix the existing codes/reissue working ones or something, I might demand my refund in like… equivalent SimPoints with which to purchase the two worlds straight from thesims3.com store, because I do not care enough to pay for the Worlds Bundle when it isn’t half-price.

    Same issue as everyone else here code will not redeem. Talked to EA help and they seem to be a bit in denial. Are you sure you used the right code?  LOL what a joke.  I now hate that code because I have had to enter it in so many times.  I told them to come to this forum and notice how many people cannot redeem their codes. They then claim they are working on the problem already and that it is a known issue. Have patience ...they say.

    I went through EA help. It is at the very bottom of this page. You can start a case with them and they will respond to you online. Good luck!

    Lets hope this problem gets solved soon.
