Re: Issue redeeming Sims 3 World codes
I am extremely frustrated and feel ignored by the EA Help support team.
Recently, I purchased "The Sims 3 Barnacle Bay" and the "Worlds Bundle" (Monte Vista & Hidden Springs) through the EA App. When I received the codes and tried to redeem them on the TheSims3.com Store website, the site glitched, the page refreshed, and the content was never added to my account.
When I try to redeem the codes again, it says: "The code you entered has already been used."
The worlds DO NOT appear in my Store "Purchase History" or my "Billing History."
I have contacted EA Help multiple times over the last week. Most recently, a chat agent whose name I won't reveal told me there is a "global issue" and that there is "no alternative solution other than waiting" with no estimated timeframe. He then abruptly closed the chat session.
I have already paid for this content. I have the order numbers and proof of purchase. I hope someone here can finally provide a real solution. Thank you :c
