I am using windows xp and it crashes when on a family, at any point. Sometimes it freezes not long after I have loaded a family and sometimes it freezes after playing on a family for a while. I have Supernatural, Ambitions, World Adventures and Pets installed. I am using custom content, but no mods. My problem isn't neccessarily a crash, the game just freezes during gameplay and I can still hear sounds, but no movement.
