You can register your code on Origin and download the game from there. You wont need the disk to play. I suggest you register all of your codes. If you have trouble registering your codes, you can contact help.ea.com and they will add the codes to hour account.will I have to uninstall everything and then register them online?

@NanukNorthStar no, you will not.
Find the most recently released expansion pack that you own ( http://help.ea.com/za/article/the-sims-3-installation-order/ ) and then find the instructions on how to manually uninstall that by typing into google: manually uninstalling the sims 3 X (X being the name of that game)
Don't do anything yet, but keep the instructions on how to manually uninstall at hand. Then do the following:
- As a precaution make a backup of your TS3 folder: http://sims3.crinrict.com/en/2011/03/faq-what-files-should-i-backup.html
- Make sure that your game is registered on Origin: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-3/Information-How-to-Register-The-Sims-3/m-p/387162
- Then manually uninstall the game: use the instructions you had earlier
- Now open Origin (you should have it downloaded, if not: http://origin.com/download ) and go to your My Games.
- Right - click on the Sims 3 icon and choose "View Game Details" - scroll down and you will see your game there
- Click on it and choose download
Let me know how it goes 🙂
