@Syndelle-001 Was Super used or new? Was the case open when you bought it? EB Games is a third party vendor which should provide a code so you can activate the game. There has been a problem of people opening the case and taking the code as the disc is generic. If you used a credit (debit) card you could contact the card company and file a claim (you'll get their attention that way). Contact the store manager and discuss the situation. Go on their web site and see if you can post negative comments (just state the facts - don't stretch the truth).  If you are in the USA you can use the BBB. This is an EB Games issue. With a purchase like this I personally only deal with companies like Amazon or EA directly and I use a debit card from a major bank.
