Re: My Sim won't stop having babies?!

Hello. I looked at your website. It seems to be though that problem can only be fixed it I am in Oasis Landing. My sims' family is in Moonlight Falls. This first happened in Oasis Landing when I got a DNA baby. They spent their 5000 simoleons and went back home with no child. They went into the hospital but then reset halfway finished. So I reloaded the previous save and traveled back to Moonlight Falls. This happens to all of the families in that town. So I tried it another way. So the lady was a the hospital and at first I thought she was just having twins then triplets, but then I was wrong. They are all boys and tried so hard to give them the same letter name. I started with the letter J. I never new there was so many male names that started with J. I tried to delete the pregnancy moodlet, but it did not work. I tried to reset the sim, but it did not work. She had so many kids that only small infants was the inhabitants of her home. They kicked their mother and father out of the house. Now my whole town is going to die out because they have too many kids. All I want is one. So I reloaded the previous save and I try it again, but alas the problem does not change.

Thanks for helping your fellow simmers with their questions. 🙂 Let's see if we can find a workaround for your issue. Did you try to play with another family for a few days? So the baby is born while you are playing another family? Or is this happening with all the households in your world?

yeah try EA-Mai suggestion if that doesn't work for you i may be able to help another way

If I switch to another household, the woman won't give birth.

It happens to all of the household in that save. If I move to Oasis Landing, half of the time the child is born but they are a bunch of stretched out lines; then the game will crash. The other half of the time, the sims will reset themselves back the their house in Oasis Landing. If a glitched child is born and the game doesn't crash, then I selected to go back home but it won't let me. The portal resets and won't let be go back to Moonlight Falls.

Snipped for what i need. Do you have CC ? the stretched out lines you mention makes me think you might have some 3rd party CC that's might be part of the issues. And or if you have downloaded items from the exchange some CC may have attached it's self to the download

or i can try if your willing to share the save at the least i can try to save the family for you

go to your Electronic Arts Thesims3-saves folder open that copy that save of the game your having issues with game folder to the desktop then right click it to zip it then do the same for the backup of that save then upload it to mediafire or googledrive send me a private message with the links once i download them I'll let you know so you can delete the uploads also let me know the name of the family and the town your in and if there are other sims in the game you want saved too (up to 8 sims including your own)

I do have CC, but I did not download them on purpose. I downloaded family, houses, towns, and sims from the exchange.

Okay I have no idea how to send you the link of the zipped file. I have a googledrive account and I created a doc. I also zipped the file. I just do not know how to connect the two. This town is very detailed. I edited every sim family that lives in that town. Each family has over 5 generations. I edited everything from the tress in this town. I made over 6 copies of this file. All of the plays are very unique. I will share the  5th one with you (once I know who to). Do you have a google account?

Yeah i downloaded stuff before from the exchange and a counter press somehow had attached it's self to the download using crinricts guide  i was able to find the counter and remove it and my game was fine and the tools mentioned i use them I'm able to avoid unwanted CC now

yes i have a google drive account just copy the link and send the link to me in a pm click on my profile-click on the + for the drop down menu-contact me

I know how to send a personal message, I just don't know how to get a link of my current play.
