@sparklepenguin12 Did you recently install something? I'm guessing the ietutil.dll file got deleted. Most of the time it is located in c:/windows/system32 folder. Download load it or copy it from another computer. OR
open the cmd prompt in the administration mode or it won't work
at the cmd prompt write: sfc /scannow
