  • It's a day later and Monte Vista still isn't appearing on my Purchase History.

    My Billing History shows the 100 free Simpoints, which I was able to redeem, but no Monte Vista.

    I have the option to download on Sims3.com, which seemed to download it.

    I also have Monte Vista on my Launcher, but running the Install Option it gives me an error "Sims 3 has encountered a problem and needs to close."

    Contact Customer Support for the not showing up in purchse history.

    Choose a category, a game and a platform for the option so show up.

    If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
