What kind of trouble are you having? If it's Sims 3-related, I can help walk you through the process. You should have codes that came with your purchases, and you can register those codes either in Origin or the Sims 3 store. If you previously registered your codes in the store, you can link your store and Origin accounts, and the games will show up in your Origin library.
Please keep in mind that if the codes have ever been registered, they can't be used again, even within the same account. So if you used your code(s) to create a store account and download content from there, you won't be able to reuse them in Origin. But like I said, you can link the two accounts and get access to your games, no codes necessary.
Contacting a game advisor can be free. Phone call rates may vary depending on country, but realtime chat and email are both free. Chat is more efficient than email, since the support rep can look up your information as you're talking. If you're not seeing the chat option, be sure to set your location to U.S. or U.K.
