Re: Redeem Code not working on sims 3 even though i own it

Hi, make sure you're logging into Origin using the same account that you had redeemed the game on previously, and check that your My Games is set to view all/hidden, and you should find the option to DL the game. A Origin restart might help if it doesn't appear.
