Re: Redeem codes for Sims 3

@LebronsUnicorn The way this is supposed to work is go to thesims3.com - hover mouse over my page - on the bottom you see my account - click my account - log in - you see redeem a code (4 groups of 4 characters) - enter code - click redeem. Then go to the store purchase history and download the world. I don't know what the rep did but you will have to contact EA again as user accounts can not be accessed in these forums. He may have redeemed the codes to the wrong account (a guess). You are logging into thesims3.com with the same username and password you use for Origin?

@roberta591 Yes, I am. I give him my email to install the game. Yeah, it would stay loading on the sims site for long periods of time after putting in the code. Thanks so much for all of your help.
