Re: Redeemed Sims 3 codes but wont download as says only available on windows?

Hi, so i got as a gift 10 packs for the sims 3 as codes and used them on windows but now IM on mac. And it says available on windows and want the packs on mac what to do now. I bought i have them but not on mac, i still have access to my window pc. PLEASE help, thankss
