When I put my password in, it says incorrect password, however, when I try to forget password and change it, it makes me sign into my EA account which I'm able to do but then I can't reset the password.
Help please :)
This is happening to me also. I have tried every password that we use and nothing works. It keeps saying something akin to user error.
amorousel LivingFreely I was able to sign in just now, so if there was an outage, it looks like it's cleared up. Please try again to sign in, and let me know what happens.
You can also click the login button while signed into this or another EA site, and you may be signed into the Sims 3 site automatically, without needing to input your password.
