Re: Registering a game

This seems to be a confusing issue for many people. Please read either of these helpful posts to make sure you're following the right steps for registering your games and/or redeeming bonus content:

If you're still having issues after that then you should contact EA here-- https://help.ea.com/contact-us. Only they can help with account issues.

    i have the same problem >.> / posted a thread aswell cause of this issue - i even chatted with the support, they helped me out to refistrate on the sims3 site, and it worked - but this plain annoying issue isn't solved yet :-(!
