Ah, ok, that's second generation. Was the first generation in university too? The university Sims age too, please read more about that here:

The first generation was in University too. I'm still a little confused. Do I need to wait until the first generation that went to University to pass away? Or do I need to change the life span of my sims? I have my elderly life span at 2 days but they live a long time. I guess they are happy haha!
