@207876492 Does this happen if you start a new save as well? Please test in Sunset Valley if you haven't already, and let me know.

If the loading screen still gets stuck, please remove your mods and custom content and test again.

Please also delete the five cache files in your Sims 3 user folder, both now and every time you close the game after it fails to load. For reference, the files are:

CASPartCache.package
compositorCache.package
scriptCache.package
simCompositorCache.package
socialCache.package

@puzzlezaddict Thank you so much for answering !

It started working after removing all mods/cc.
But does that mean that it won’t work with custom content? Is there a way to make it work again? I never had such a problem before.

(I am using steam btw)

@207876492 You should be able to use some custom content, at least. The question is what's broken. For that, you'll need to test all your files. Any .package-based cc, and any mods, can be sorted through the 50/50 method. For launcher-installed cc, use Method by Mell described here:
