Re: Sims 3 and Nvidia GTX 670M

I don't see the GTX 670 in the .sgr file which means the game may not be recognizing the card properly. Here is a link - unknown graphics card The GTX 670 should run the game just fine.

I did what guide said. Edited the SGR files, deleted options.ini and devicelog file in my documents folder, loaded game. Graphics options were still set to low and the new devicelog file lists my Intel HD Graphics 4000 adapter instead of my Nvidia GTX 670M one (which I want). Anything I can do?

photo cards_zps6f16fcee.png That line needs to be added to graphiccards.sgr file. This should then be picked up as a 660m card which should be very close to your card.

Ok, thanks. Do I also ned to edit the "GraphicsRules" as well, or just the "GraphicsCards" file?
