I have just bought a new laptop and it doesn't have a disk drive so I have tried to register my games (I still have all the discs & boxes) on here so I can redeem them through Origin however it is telling me that my codes are invalid. I have never registered them before and bought them all brand new so not too sure why it isn't accepting them.
Any help would be appreciated? ☹️
@VikkiH10 Did you ever register the packs on the old Sims 3 site ( www.thesims3.com or store.thesims3.com )? That site and Origin share information, so any packs redeemed on one would show up as used on the other. If you did register the content, all you'd need to do would be to login to Origin with the same email address and password you used on the Sims 3 site, and all your content should already be in your Origin library.
If you're sure you never registered the content, you'll need to contact EA customer support for help. It would be useful to take a photo for the base game and each pack showing the disc, the box it came in, and the insert with the product key showing; you can upload the photos directly to a live chat session.
