Re: sims 3 expansions are installed but not added to the game

My Sims 3 DLC doesn't appear on the game's launcher, but the EA client says I have all installed. I've reinstalled the game, repairing it through the EA client, & clearing my cache, but I still have this issue. I can't remember how long this has going on, but the DLC has worked before & I was originally playing through the Origin client. I contacted support & they told me it was a bug as well as to come to this forum for help. I have almost all DLC for the sims 4 & they work perfect, so do all of my other EA games installed on the EA client. The missing contents are 
-The Sims 3 70s, 80s, & 90s Stuff
-The Sims 3 Fast Lane Stuff
-The Sims 3 University Life
-The Sims 3 Late Night
-The Sims 3 Ambitions
-The Sims 3 Seasons
When I was using the Origin client they worked fine, I'm currently using the latest EA client on my Windows PC. Any ideas?

  • I've contacted EA support before & they had told me to come to this forum, but now I can't figure out how to contact a live chat again since the only option is through email & when I click to resume my case, it takes me right back to the home page. I've sent an email out, but there isn't any way to replay to the email EA sent back. I'm kinda confused, its like going through a labyrinth.

    I'm afraid for account issues like this, we can't help over the forums as we aren't able to view your specific account information or billing details, so live support would need to take another look with you. 

    If live chat is not an option, you'll want to select email instead. You'll reply to live support directly through your last email you received, not through the help site. Please try responding through that email directly and let me know if you have any issues there as well.
