Ive had this same problems so I decided to get live assistance at the playstation knowledge center and this is what they told me

After this, I called the number he gave me and the ps3 expert and I checked that everything was running fine and He came to the conclusion that it's not the ps3 causing the problems. It may be the EA Server. So our best shot it calling directly to EA Games and Asking for a new DLC.
