Re: sims 3 island paradise, where is the food stand

When you choose category in buy mode, click on the arrow and there's a while category for resorts (if you're bulding aon resorts). You should find them there.

    I know this is an old thread, but the answer isn't correct.  Select Build mode.  Click on "Community Objects".  The tab on the far left is "Resort Objects".  Click there, and you'll see the food stand along with everything else needed to create a resort.
