if the games are regestired to your account download the mac version of origin then log in from the orign shortcut on your desktop with the email and password you use for your account then download your games from the games tab   http://www.dm.origin.com/mac/download

Move your cursor over the game cover and click on the information (letter i) and then click on the install button from there. For some reason, downloads from Origin frequently become corrupted
