Re: sims 3 mods folder not working

@emptyglamour  I take it your mods are all in the Packages folder?  If you have nothing in that folder except nointro and NoBuildSparkles, and nothing in Overrides, do those two sample mods work?

Please also check OneDrive's Documents folder to see whether it contains any Sims 3 content.  It's possible that the game is reading that folder, even though it shouldn't, and that the deviceconfig file is being synced with your local folder and thus shows the correct date.  (It's unlikely, but stranger things have happened.)

Finally, if you've been using a resource.cfg file from another source, or have modified it in any way, please download a fresh copy from here:

Set up a new Mods Framework, or use the one offered on that site, and test again with only the two sample mods.
