That may be what I do. I appreciate your feedback. I was hoping to find a site where I could actually contact EA, but they seem to be hiding from direct contact. I appologize if I've ranted in the wrong forum. Ty again.

You can find EA game advisors via live chat

- Click on the orange NEXT button
- Select a platform
- Click on the orange NEXT button
- Select a topic and describe your problem in a few words
- Click on the orange NEXT button
- Click Chat Now to chat with a Game Advisor
