Re: sims 3 redeem codes and lost origin account

@ReisPuffs01  Is the game still installed on this computer?  If so, go into Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 3 > Downloads and look for a file labeled [email address].bin.  That's the email associated with the Origin account that owns the game.

If that doesn't help, you'll need to contact EA customer support.  While you won't be able to transfer your product codes to a new account without knowing the old one, a support rep may be able to help you figure out the details of the old account.  If you have discs, take a photo for each pack showing the disc, its case, and the product code; you can upload these photos when you submit the help request.

If you prefer, you can instead contact EA Help on Twitter or Facebook.

By the way, I'm not sure I understand what you're saying in your last sentence, so please clarify if you'd like more help.

@puzzlezaddict Yes ! it is still downloaded on my computer I believe I found what you suggested. I think I tried to use it before and i’m still having the same problem but I’ll double check. Because I have an account with that email and it does not let me redeem the codes for my games on there, it also doesn’t show up where the owned games are.

I greatly appreciate your help !! If i’m having more problems I will contact EA, thank you.

I’m sorry, in the last sentence I’m saying that i have the origin username and password. Not email. and I cannot sign in with that anywhere (not even on my phone) and my computers pretty old so I don’t have any ways to go online through it to figure out the email.

I followed instructions, yet everything was in Japanese. Is there a way to contact the company for my code?
