@p2ahwjafk3rf Check to see if your computer video driver is set to use the Nvidia chip when TS3 starts. I believe you have an Alder Lake Intel cpu. There were issues with game and Alder Lake cpus although the issues are supposed to be fixed. Make sure your computer's Windows 11 is up to date.

    @roberta591 Thank you for replying. My windows is up to date and in the NVIDA control panel it says: The preferred graphics processor for this program (TS3.exe) is the NVIDIA processor. Instead of the integrated graphics card.
