once you downloand the game and register it you need to then go to your account tab at the EA store and you'll see the Ice lounge there, simply download it and enjoy

I redeemed my code for the limited edition ice lounge but when I launch the game and look at the town map, it's not there. How do I place it in the town?
I'm probably late but i didn't see anyone comment your last question, like a answer for it… so.. to place it in the town go to edit town. 🙂 have fun
