Re: Sims 3 Seasons won't show up in game, I've tried everything

@HeleneIsabell  What do you see under Manage Add-ons: a Download button or something like "Installed" or "In-game content"?  Did you buy Seasons directly from EA or from a third party?  If from EA, please sign in on ea.com and check your Order History; let me know whether the transaction shows as completed, pending, or failed.

I have the same problem with expansion Pets, it is completed in my purchase history, in EA app it shows as ..in game content,, i have received confirmation email without any code i could redeem ....

maybe it is connected to the fact that sims 3 launcher does not allow me to log in for some reason in the last few days ?

@karasad  The issue is that Pets is showing in the EA App as "in-game content," not that you can't sign into the launcher.  So please clear the EA App's cache and restart your computer.

    https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/

Then see if the "in-game content" label has changed to a Download button.

If that doesn't help, you may need to uninstall and reinstall Sims 3; Pets should install properly this time alongside the base game.  Your saves and other content shouldn't get removed during the process, but it's best to make a backup anyway, or back up the entire Sims 3 user folder in Documents > Electronic Arts.

Edit:  I just saw your other post saying Pets gave you a download error.  I'm not sure whether this is related to other download errors happening with Sims 4, but it's worth checking back in a few days to see whether the EA App issue has been fixed.
