i bought sims 3 from gamersgate and cant get answer from them

Well if you bought a digital version of the game from them (Gamersgate), they are responsible for providing you with the registration code. Usually stores send it to you by email and keep the number on your account somewhere. If it was a physical copy, then the code should be on the manual in the case like others said.

If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
