Well if you bought a digital version of the game from them (Gamersgate), they are responsible for providing you with the registration code. Usually stores send it to you by email and keep the number on your account somewhere. If it was a physical copy, then the code should be on the manual in the case like others said.

If you ordered the game from Origin, you should have gotten an email with the registration code. If you didn't, you'll have to contact them: https://help.ea.com/contact-us
If you got the game from a retailer, you have to contact them and ask what happened.
If it's a pirated edition... well, then you're on your own.

i finaly got some live help from Origin just now and was very helpful even though it took 45 minutes to get it solved thanks for help
