check your sims skill tab if the logic skill bars are blue all the way then the sim has mastered logic that's max out just click on the little journal beside it and it will tell you what else ehe/she can do like tutor other sims or discover stars
for the charisma you'll need to check the journal for that as the sim can only advance if it meets the requirements for example need 3 more friends to advance
Well, they're both only on level 7 so i know they're not maxed out. And the charisma requirements have also been met. I don't know what else to do.
for the chess if you have the sim practice chess does the skill skill up, and there are books at the bookstore for both of those skills level 7 then you should only need to buy the books that have logic 3 in the title and charisma 3 and for charisma there's some action using a mirror i think it's practice speech that build up the charisma skill see if those work for you
Yeah, I've done all of those things. The blue bar above their head comes up but there's no pluses, and it just isn't going up. Not even if I read, use the mirror, telescope, chess table, or talk to other people using charisma.
ok see if moving them out and back in via edit town will kick the skills bar back in to working
