Re: [SOLVED] 64-bit Sims 3 content not in Origin library
The Sims 3 had a Mac Os Update nearly 2 years ago to make it 64-bit compatible.
I have yet to find a download option for this game that I purchased over a decade ago, that doesn't require a second purchase of it along with expansions I already OWN. Why is it that the Origin app recognizes that I own the original base game, but does not provide a download button for the updated Mac Version?
I own almost every expansion pack, and those do have a download option. I require assistance with this problem, it has been 2 years, and I never bothered to ask in forums because these questions seem to get ignored during my searches of previous customer experiences. Is there a new way to solve this issue? I have a backlog in EA site's purchase history with over 37 pages of it, dating back to June 13 2009- ALL OF IT just Sims 3 & 4. How is it fair that Origin instead asks me to repurchase a 'Starter Pack" with a base game and expansions I ALREADY OWN?
