Re: [SOLVED] 64-bit Sims 3 content not in Origin library
I've had the Sims 3 for a few years now and have all the expansion packs except Ambitions and World Adventures. I recently had to get a new MAC, and when I downloaded the 64-bit and METAL edition of the game, it only downloaded the base game, not my expansions. On the game details for the 64 bit, it says they've been unlocked and they're still showing up as linked on my Sims 3 account, but I'm not given the option to download them and they do not show up as linked in the Sims 3 launcher. Is there anything I can do about it or do I have to rebuy all the packs from Amazon or Origin?
I've been reading the forums for a while and I'm still awaiting on a response from EA Help, but I've put the answers to a few common questions I saw asked in some of the forums;
I purchased all but the base game from G2A (I do understand 3 party sellers aren't really serviced by EA, but I've tried contacting the seller already and they've just said ask EA and the forums.)
They are linked to my Origin and Sims 3 account and show up as linked.
I have cleared the Origin cache 3 times and it still says the packs are unlocked but won't let me download.
