Re: Strainge sheets of paper?

Hi. I hope I got it right. I have sent two screen shots of the same lot one from above and one from below.  As you can see some are not visible from above and if I move the camera around the ones seen from above are not always visible.  You mentioned something about grabbing them to see what they are sorry! they can't be grabbed they only register with the hammer tool for delete, I can only delete one at a time and if they are not visible nothing registers with the hammer. as every Bill Flowerpot

@BillFlowerpot  I see what you're describing, but I've never had anything like that in my own game.  The only thing I can think of is that while you're building, the game initilally thinks that something you're placing needs support and fills in some tiles before realizing that they're unnecessary.  But that's just a wild guess.  I could try to recreate your build and the strangeness you're seeing in my own game.  I suspect, though, that you'd have better luck asking the build specialists on the Sims forums.  There are still quite a few around, and I'd think that someone would know what to make of this issue.

If you can't find a topic that fits your issue (new members can't create their own), I could start one for you.  Or, if you prefer, you could post in the new members help thread, although the responders there are more technically oriented.  But if it's a graphics card problem, they'd be the right ones to help you.

Hi.  Thank you for the efforts you have gone to, to help.  It appears that I have been using the only known solution know 'the sledge hammer' to get rid of them.  I have not noticed any missing ceiling, however, up until now I had not thought to look.  I did have one that was particularly difficult to get rid of under a bridge which is over a pond.  It was submerged below the water.  I was able to get it to emerge by placing foundations then deleting one foundation square at a time and when the 'sheet of paper'  reappeared above the water line I then was able to remove it (deleting the blocks of foundation together did not work as the sheet of paper returned under water). Thanks Again BillFlowerpot
