usually that message may happen if the roller coaster cart "fell off " the loading zone so place the boardwalk then go to edit town click on the boardwalk venue then build buy check both roller coaster zones to see if one is missing if it is see if it's on the ground grab it and put it back on the zone if it's missing then while in build/buy-outdoors replace the missing cart then back to game
