@puzzlezaddict I tested the game separately with DEP disabled and separately with DSR enabled. I can say that DSR fixed the issue with the icons, which still surprises me because I don't understand how it could be related. Thank you so much for the helpful tip; I would never have thought of it myself!

Regarding the town caches: I tried testing the game in this regard without DXVK and without any modified settings (both with and without using the GPU-Addon) and the problem still persists.
Sure, I will download this mod and set my computer to offline mode. I will definitely write here later with the results. Thanks again.
