@Haruseok If you do have a 12th-gen Intel processor, please see the accepted solution in this thread:
A Steam install would mean applying the workaround of your choice to TS3W.exe, with the W; an EA App install uses TS3.exe, without the W.
If that doesn't help, please create a new thread and attach a dxdiag. Here's how to run one:
