Re: The Sims 3 (XBox 360) Exchange pass missing??

Hi

I am trying to download some lots from the exchange but everytime i try it says, unable to download content and that it requires "unknown downloadable content" in order to download the lot.  Can someone please help with this?  I am using xbox 360.
