😕mileysad: I've done what you've said but i'm still having the same problem...every time i try to download a sim from sims 3 exchange it says there's a problem and that i should go and read the log for details! Someone please help! 

This has been noted as solution, and I've tried it all I could, but I can't run as administrater through Origion, so what have I done wrong?

okay how do you do this with windows 8.1? i am having this same problem again..

As soon as I did that my launcher popped right up. But he also told me that before running the game I needed to exit out of the launcher and reopen it, not running as an admin. because it wouldn't have any of my saved content.

how do u change the user to admin this is my brothers laptop and he's the computer nerd in the family but wont help me 

what icon do you need to right click to run as administrator?
