Re: Transferring Sims 3 to another computer

I am also having this problem. But, on my old computer it says that I have registered all the games on the same account then I log in on my new computer and none of my games come up for me to re-download them. I'm very confused and need some help. Thanks in Advance

okay i also need help i got the portal open and im looking at my past order history not sure if thats where im supposed to go but my problems alittle different, i bought a new laptop just to play sims but my laptop doesn't have a cd rom, is there a way to play my old SIMS3 without buying the downloaded version from their website

• Download the Origin client http://origin.com/download
• Register your game if it isn't already registered by going through redeem product code in the Origin dropdown menu
• Go to your My Games
• Download

for me when I had first installed my game onto Origin it didn't show up but I could still play it. An issue occurred on my laptop so I uninstalled my games and brought them to my Grandmas house. I successfully installed the ones that showed up onto my Origin but the ones that didn't show up I couldn't install them so now I have 4 Sims games that should work but aren't.

Can anyone help me?

I have some of my games discs

I have some of my games registration codes

The ONLY game I have registered is the Main Sims 3

QUESTION? What do I do if the registration code is lost after never being registered on origin and I have a new computer? Again...I have a new computer, and I need codes for games that I never registe4red. Thanks!
