@ghostobi2 What you probably did was move some files from the Ambitions EP into the folder for University Life, which was your newest pack by release date before you installed IP. So you just have to repeat the process, and you should be fine. Here's a video guide:
Normally, I'd suggest a clean uninstall of the whole game, given how many uninstalls and reinstalls you've gone through, but if you can still play after uninstalling IP, it sounds like you've got that part covered.

By the way, the world of Isla Paradiso is so poorly made that it's almost unplayable even on the strongest hardware. EA's version of the world will lag and glitch and generally make for a miserable playing experience. The solutions are to either edit IP yourself, or to download a fixed version. A player named ciane has uploaded her fixed IP for others to use, and she also documented the work necessary to make it playable, for those who'd rather do the edits themselves.

By the way, the features of the IP pack work just fine, so if you'd rather skip all this, you can add what you want to other worlds instead. They'll work on any map that has the space and deep enough water.
